You can also sit back and enjoy the peaceful moment on the balcony. The space No Smoking!! 750 sqft 2b2b condo. Both beds are queen size. Sofa can't be converted to a bed. Quiet time is 10pm-8am. No outside shoes in the unit please.

It is a large complex with two buildings. Our unit is located in building B, the back one. This means it is more peaceful and less people traffic in front of the unit. Complex Highlights: •Elevator •Assigned Parking •Swimming pool onsite •Hot Tub onsite •BBQ grills near swimming area Guest access Two free assigned parking at complex parking lot. You will have the exclusive access to the whole condo unit during your stay. You can also enjoy the complex shared swimming and BBQ grill area. Other things to note ALL TAXES AND FEES ARE INCLUDED IN FINAL TOTAL.

**Construction Nearby Disclosure** The hotel next to the complex is having an expansion project. The project is expected to be completed by the end of December 2023.

Jobsite will begin at 7:00 a.m. and end no later than 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturdays 9:00 a.m. and end no later than 6:00 p.m. Any operations that may create excessive noise will be performed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Most people spend time on beaches/ attractions during the construction working time. The project started from the March 2022, when we first list this condo.
