A little small to fit 4 adults comfortably but we managed. Beach towels and chairs were a great bonus. Also really nice to have laundry. Convenient to have a bar/sandwich shop on site and vending machines with snacks and microwave meals were available. We didn’t use the pool but it appeared clean and well maintained. Koi pond was a nice touch. Beach access really close but we most spent of our time at better beaches.

We have stayed at Sugar Beach Resort several times and always enjoy the beach front units. The beach is gorgeous and you can walk along the sand for miles. The grounds are lovely and the pool and jacuzzi are perfectly maintained. Highly recommend!

This place is a favorite for us and have stayed here several times. Great location in Kihei. The condos are in varying condition, with some being more recently updated, which is great because you can select based on your budget. But they all have been well equipped and comfortable. The staff are available and helpful and we always enjoy our stay here. Highly recommend

The best thing about this property is it's location right on the beach. We had a ground floor room that was like 20 feet from the beach with a great view. The facility is well maintained but it is showing it's age a bit. The bar on the grounds has great sandwiches and snacks but that is the only food on site. You have to drive to eat and even in the off season there is a lot of traffic.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Maui! We booked Sugar Beach 333 through Expedia. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The ocean view was absolutely stunning — waking up each morning to the sight and sound of the beach and bay from the balcony (lanai) was unforgettable. The balcony itself was one of our favorite parts of the stay, offering the perfect place to relax, enjoy coffee in the morning looking out watching the canoe clubs paddle across the bay in their Wa'a kaulua and Kaukahi. It was also special experience to watch the sunset in the evening over a glass of wine. The condo was also incredibly quiet and peaceful. We never heard noise from neighboring units, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. The remote check-in process was smooth and convenient, and it was great that our room was ready before we even arrived. We only needed to stop by the office briefly to pick up the parking pass the morning after we arrived, which was quick and easy. The beach access is right there, makes for the perfect morning or evening stroll along the beach or to get a swim in as it's calm in this upper bay area. We didn't spend any time at the pool, but it's clean along with all the available grills if you want to enjoy a BBQ overlooking the beach. Beautiful setup. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. It's centrally located and would absolutely stay here again!

I think our only complaint was the fact that it was not made clear that the safe in the room was for owners only. Guests were not allowed to use it. We didn't find this out until after we checked in. Other then that the room was very clean and well kept. The view was amazing.

The area and buildings were great, well maintained, great views, quiet at night, and close to everything. The covered parking was a plus, the cooler and beach chairs ,snorkeling gear was a bonus,,,thank you ! Personally I think the shower could have been cleaner, and also the floor,,first day I spilled water on kitchen floor and wiped with paper towel - ;( It was dirty… I did a little cleaning myself. All in all it was a nice place ~ we enjoyed what Maui had to offer ~ made a lot of memories, thank you again.

The place was nice, we expected more stores and restaurants. I have a sensitive nose, so the towels were throwing me off because they smell like mold. I had plan to wash my clothes but it was mold all in the washing machine

Our first time renting a condo and we were not disappointed. Didn’t really know what to expect so before we checked in, went to the store to get some toiletries we may need. Walked in and found we were stocked up. Bonus we had laundry detergent! Since this was a first for us I’m not sure if this is the norm, but we were excited we didn’t have to go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. Everything you would need it had. Would definitely stay again! My only minor complaint would be the area rug in the living room may need to be shampooed. Bedroom had extra blankets, extra sheets. We were also supplied with beach towels, ice chest for the perfect beach day. Definitely would recommend!
