  • Comfortable 1bd/ba condo on ground floor with personal touches and decor by local artists make this condo perfect for your Maui vacation! FREE AC (split system - unit in both living & bedroom) & free parking! Large lanai with peek-a-boo oceanview. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Comfy CA King bed (purple mattress ) + queen sofabed. 55" TVs. Laundry in unit. Updated dual pane windows and slider keep the condo cool and quiet. Condo is short walk to beach with all beach gear provided; chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, toys, noodles, etc.

    This quiet, oceanfront complex features: a gated oceanfront pool and hot tub, dry sauna, cabana in pool area complete with full outdoor kitchen & gas grills, shuffleboard, putting greens, and mature tropical landscaping including tiki torches to provide that perfect island ambiance. Directly behind Luana Kai, between the complex and the ocean, you will find tennis and pickleball courts as well as a huge grassy lawn area.

    Centrally located, Luana Kai is close to restaurants, shops, island attractions, and local activities, with easy access to the highway and only 20 minutes from the airport.

    Enjoy contact-free check-in and check-out utilizing a personal door code for entry into the unit.
