### Upgraded Maui Kamaole Condo – A/C, Lanai, Ocean Peek, Walk to Beach & Pool!

Oceanview condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beautiful furnishings in the condo incorporate bright colors and wild sunlight to make this unit inviting and suitable for anyone looking to enjoy their time on Maui. The lively décor brightens the area and is sure to spark your adventure for more of Maui!   
  
This unit sleeps up to six (6) people with a Queen bed in the master bedroom loft, a king bed in the second bedroom on the main floor, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The King bed in the second bedroom can be converted to two twin beds by request at the time of booking (please call our office to arrange for a bedding change). The bathroom in the master bedroom has a large vanity and a shower with a tub. The guest bathroom also has a very large mirror on the vanity and a shower with a tub. The kitchen in the unit has large counter space and sufficient appliances for your convenience and the living space also boasts a large dining table for you to share your family meals. This unit has complimentary internet and Free long-distance to the US Mainland and Canada.   
  
Maui Kamaole is Kihei's premier condominium complex, featuring a low rise, low-density, townhome-style condos, set on a hill overlooking the blue Pacific. The gardens and lush landscaping are a true tropical paradise. The property features 2 pools with spas (one sand bottom!), gas grills, tennis courts and clubhouses for guests' use. It should be noted that Maui Kamaole does not have elevator use for their guests and there will be a flight of stairs if you are in a second-story unit.   
  
Maui Kamaole is close to restaurants, beaches, and shops. Some of the recommended restaurants include Sarentos on the Beach, Cafe O Lei, and 808 Deli. Kihei Kalama Village is a shopping center 5 minutes away and has an open-air market and a spot for a favorite Hawaiian treat- Shaved ice. There is also a Foodland (grocery store) a couple steps down from Kihei Kalama Village. Furthermore, if you need any additional things for your condo throughout the duration of your stay you can venture to Piilani Shopping Center which is about 10 minutes away to the Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, Outback Steakhouse, or even the food court located in the same mall featuring Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, and Round Table Pizza. Some beaches in the area are Mai Poina Beach Park and Sugar Beach. Additional activities to enjoy are the Maui Ocean Center, Maui Tropical Plantation, or various Upcountry Maui opportunities such as the Lavender Farm, Ocean Vodka, or Zip Lining. We recommend renting a car, but alternative forms of transit include Airport Shuttles, Public bus, taxi, Uber and Lyft.

Such a great stay! The perfect location and landscape. 10-15 minute walk to Kihei for morning coffee/breakfast and a quick 5 minute drive to wailea for shopping/dinner. Beautiful beaches located across the street and the condo has 2 great pools with the condo itself Overlooking the pool with ocean views from the lanai (patio). The space was perfect for two adult couples looking to spend time together while also having their own space. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We arrived late at night and found the parking space and condo with no issues. We found the unit clean and comfortable and walking distance to the ocean was great! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit C209 is very well situated in relation to the main pool and it has a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked with all the everything we needed to prepare our meals, even a rice cooker. The towels were new and soft. We really enjoyed our stay at this unit and would rent it again. #### Comfortable and well-equipped

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the lanai were beautiful and we enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets each night. While the unit was well-equipped and very comfortable there were some minor misses from a housekeeping standpoint. Those issues were met with urgency and sincerity and we would still highly recommend the unit.

#### Nice condo area

LOVED the pools, was perfect for little kids. Liked how the balconies don’t all face each other, so it gives an illusion of privacy. It’s worth the trade off of not being directly across from the beach. The stairs in the unit are VERY steep, my preschooler fell down them several times, just an FYI for parents. We had late checkout and property manager accidentally locked us out, but that didn’t take too long to sort out. There was also a resident mouse.

#### February 2019 Stay

was not the condo we thought we were booking by the pictures on vrbo-felt very deceived. Condo was very dated, as well as the beds. Everything in the kitchen felt sticky/dirty, carpet throughout was gross, dishwasher never worked properly so washed all dishes by hand. Quite sure we left the kitchen WAY cleaner than when we arrived. This was the third time we have stayed in Kihea and by far the worst. Would not recommend.
