Awesome Trip and Best Condo

Loved this condo - had everything and more. The lanai gave amazing views. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and helpful. Maui is still as beautiful as ever. Hope to be back soon.

Aloha Perfection

We love returning to this Kihei condo. It is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The lanai is perfect for watching whales and turtles and sunsets. The condo has everything you need for a beach day and the beach is just a short walk from the front of the complex. The hosts are caring and responsive and have great suggestions/recommendations. They make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to return!

Absolute dream!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible! The condo itself was so clean and perfectly located. It was even better than the photos! Kevin was so kind and checked in on us and was super easy to work with. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back. We can’t say enough about this place!

This one bedroom condo had everything we needed to relax and immerse ourselves in wonderful Maui. The bed was comfortable and the lanai was a perfect place to enjoy the view of the beach. The host communicated instructions clearly and was attentive to our needs. We hope to book again!

Perfect Oceanfront Location

Just returned from our 6 week stay at this gorgeous condo. Directly on the ocean, amazing views of the ocean and Kam 1 Beach. Spacious balcony to dine and watch the whales. Central location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Kihei. Excellent communication with the host, seamless check in and check out procedures. We look forward to visiting again.

First time in Maui!

This place is outstanding and the property is managed to perfection. Kevin has every detail thought out, everything is up to date, and he's very easy to communicate with. A perfect place for two, to either relax at the property or explore the island. Bed is super comfy, the condo is quiet, parking is easy, and the view is spectacular. Unless you want a resort experience or want to stay on another part of the island, this is a perfect option.

Honeymoon!

Kevin is an incredible host! He messaged us well before our trip to check in with us, gave us great recommendations for food, and gave us a late check out based on our late flight home. The condo itself is very nice. Kevin has it stocked with anything and everything you might need included spices for cooking. You have a perfect view of the sunset each night and can even see turtles swimming near the shore. You are in a perfect location with places to eat and shop right across the street while the beaches are right next door. We had an amazing trip and highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful condo, perfect location, wonderful host

This condo has everything you could possibly need for the perfect Maui vacation. It's beautiful and comfortable and the ocean/ beach views are gorgeous. The host is very attentive and responsive and has equipped the condo with everything you will need to feel at home and have a relaxing Maui vacation. The location is perfect for an easy walk down to the beach to swim and snorkel with the sea turtles and for sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunset and watching the sea turtles as they swim by. There are also great shops and restaurants across the street. The only downside is that our 1 week of vacation flew by too quickly and we had to go home. We can't wait to come back and (hopefully) stay longer!

Wonderful vacation getaway!

This place will not disappoint! It really felt like a home away from home and Kevin really is a superhost. Kevin was incredibly kind , welcoming and responsive throughout our entire stay for anything we needed or questions we had. We watched the turtles and listened to the ocean every morning while we drank our coffee - what a treat! Beautiful sunsets from the lanai as well! The lawn and beach around would fill with people but we could just grab a mimosa and watch right from our own spot. The location was also fantastic as you can walk across the street for almost anything you might need (restaurants, grocery store, alcoholic beverages, clothes and souvenirs, bakery, etc). But if you’re up for exploring further it’s very central to almost anything. While it’s fun to explore other beaches, the beaches on either side of the property were great and we typically just took our towels, sunscreen and some beverages to Kamaole 2 and had a wonderful time. Would definitely come back, and may even do so next year!

Fantastic Stay with an Exceptional Host

I recently stayed at the Royal Mauian, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. Accommodation: The property was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Host: The host was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They provided local recommendations, checked in to make sure everything was going well, and were always available to answer any questions. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. Location: The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. It was a quiet and peaceful area, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall Experience: My stay at Royal Mauian was fantastic, thanks to the excellent host and the wonderful property. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Best Location and View in South Maui!!

My husband and I have stayed at many condos in Maui and this unit was one of the cleanest, most well stocked unit we have stayed in in regards to the kitchen, bath, bedroom, and beach chairs/umbrella/toys. Definitely the best view in Kihei on the water. Perfect location walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shave ice, and shops. Short drive to the Kihei Food Oasis at the south Maui gardens which we went to almost every day. Our umbrella snapped and the property manager had a new one for us the next day. One minor complaint is that I wish there was a full length mirror somewhere. The only mirror inside is the bathroom mirror and then there is one on the balcony. We got dressed for a nice dinner and I wished I could see my full outfit! This is a more personal preference but I would recommend getting a foam pad for the mattress as it was the hardest mattress I’ve ever laid on, to the point we didn’t sleep well and were very sore in the morning.

Lovely stay, highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo itself was very nice, and, as many have mentioned previously, the gracious and welcoming hospitality of Kevin contributed greatly to our enjoyable stay. The reservation process was easy, and information and instructions were excellent. The condo is extremely well-located. We could walk out the building door to the beach a few steps away, or, in the other direction, along a walking path that stretched all the way to Wailea. It has been updated, yesterday from all appearances, as everything appeared fresh and new. The kitchen was VERY well furnished, and we greatly appreciated the olive and other cooking oils, herbs and spices, and salad dressings and condiments. Very much appreciated, too, were the grocery shopping bags. Make sure you look in all the cabinets--we found some bags immediately, but on the last day we opened a cabinet we had not looked in and we found more. Honestly, there was nothing we needed that was not there, including that the host supplies a beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, 2 nice lawn chairs, 2 noodles, and a lovely lanai for sunsets. Cleanliness and comfort were excellent. Because of the way the building is shaped we did hear a little street noise from the bedroom and we could hear people walking by, but overall noise was not a problem. In sum, this was really a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there very much.

Perfect vacation

The property is impeccable, modern amenities and not to mention the perfect location. The sunsets are perfect. The unit faces the trade trade winds, so you get a constant breeze thru, no need to use the air conditioning which is available. As a long time visitor of Kihei, this was my first time at this building, and this owner knocked it out of the park. Do not hesitate, stay at this unit, its magical.

Great location, great owner

This condo is like brand new, it’s clean, quiet and has everything you need. Easy access to Kam 1 & 2, perfect for sunsets and turtle watching from the lanai. Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. This condo does not disappoint, Kevin was definitely excellent to work with and we will look to stay here again.

Ocean front in Maui!

Perfect condo for two! This property is so well maintained and the location is beautiful. Condo was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We watched dolphins, turtles and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation at a Great Location!

We had a wonderful two week stay at the Royal Mauian. You can't beat the location with ocean and beach views and many shopping and food options within easy walking distance. The property was clean and updated and came stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner Kevin was easy to deal with and he gave us a lot of great ideas for activities around the island. We will definitely consider booking it again for our next visit to Maui.

Spectacular Views!

This condo offers a full oceanfront view of Kamaole Beach Park I as well as amazing sunsets from the Lanai. Views from the rooftop patio of Haleakala on one side and the sweeping ocean view on the other are stunning. The condo is exactly as advertised, comfortable and very well equipped. Ocean Stunner

This oceanfront stunner is so well-appointed and lovely. My husband and I have stayed in other wonderful condos in this building, but this one exceeded our expectations. Kevin was a terrific communicator and made checking in and out a breeze. We look forward to booking here again.
