Beautiful Ocean View! Newly renovated kitchen and 2 Air Conditioners

Our 2 bedroom condo is located on the 3rd floor at the Kihei Akahi.
Newly renovated kitchen. We installed not one but two split Air Conditioners! One split AC is located in the Living Room and one split AC in the Master bedroom.
Great ocean views from the lanai / balcony. Have your breakfast on the lanai and watch the ocean activities and in the evening enjoy the spectacular Maui sunsets.
Located in Building D, this is a quiet building at the back of the property away from the main road. 2 full washrooms.

Features include: In Suite washer/dryer, electronic Kaba door lock (no clunky lock box to fight with), complimentary 5G high-speed Wi-Fi, LED 45 inch flat-screen TV in the living room (with Netflix!) The lanai is spacious and comes equipped with both, Hi top bar table/stools and a separate table that seats 4.

The Master bedroom has a California King size bed and en suite with a shower, toilet and sink. The 2nd bedroom has 2 x twin size beds. The 2nd washroom is a full washroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and is located in the hallway.

The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you will need, including barbecue accessories. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge. For fun on the beach, there is a beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs, 2 coolers and lots of large beach towels. Tastefully decorated, you will feel right at home yet with a subtle island flair to remind you that you are no doubt in paradise.

Free parking in a dedicated parking stall is included. The property has 1 tennis court / pickle ball court, 2 gated pools with plenty of chaise lounges and 2 BBQ areas with gas BBQ’s for grilling up your steaks and fresh seafood.

Kihei is beach-combing territory on Maui’s southwest shore, the sunniest and driest end of the island. Kihei Akahi is located across from Kamaole II Beach which is one of three of the finest beaches on Maui and is just a few minutes walk from our condo.

Kihei Akahi is a "Hotel Zoned" complex compliant with STR (Short Term Rental) legislation.

Beautiful property

The attention to detail at this property was impressive. The grounds featured manicured gardens, the common areas were constantly being cleaned, and the location was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was comfortable and the views from the lanai amazing. We enjoyed our stay here.

Maui Marathon Vacation

This beachfront condo in Kihei, Maui, exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views right from the lanai. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with a starter kit of essentials for everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to stunning sunrises over the water. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this condo for an unforgettable Maui vacation!

Amazing property

We had such a wonderful week. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are just beautiful and pools very nice too. Each evening we crossed the street to witness the beautiful sunset - there is a crosswalk right in front of the complex. Owners were great to work with. Hope to come again.

Perfect week

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. There were umbrellas, chairs, coolers, pickleball paddles, and even boogies boards!! The location was great, and the provided parking spot was an easy walk from the elevator. Loved how the kids got separate beds- I'm sure they appreciated it more then we did :) Thank you for letting us stay- we had a great time!

Perfect Location Comfortable Stay

We loved the location towards the back of the complex. Still an easy walk to the beach, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Wonderful view of the sunset from the patio. Nice outside space for early morning coffee and evening cocktails. The place has a nice open layout. Kitchen was at the perfect size with everything you may need.

Great location. Nice view. Super close to beaches. Nice area of Kihei. A/C was great for master bedroom and living area. Second bedroom doesn’t have but it stayed cool enough for our daughter. Very clean and had everything we needed. Love the gas stove!

Beautiful comfortable condo

This condo was fantastic - it was spacious, clean, the best hosts we could ask for, and just had everything we needed to be comfortable. The view was also incredible! Everything was so great but we likely wouldn't recommend this particular unit to a family with toddlers as the drive way was a long steep battle after a day at the beach but otherwise it was absolutely perfect!

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful condo, which is perfectly located across the street from the beach. The condo was very clean and perfectly equipped with everything you could need. The balcony had a perfect view of the ocean and we spent a lot of time eating and relaxing there. The beds were very comfortable. I found the complex to be very quiet since it is back from the main road. My daughter had a wonderful time in her twin bed and swimming in the two community pools. We had a question at check in and the host responded immediately, which I really appreciated. This is a great place for a family wanting to enjoy the beach and walk to the great restaurants in Kihei.

I went with my husband and 2 friends. Walking to the cinnamon roll place they put in the book abd watching the sun rise was beyond peacefull. Definitely try and see as much as possible. The island is beyong beautiful. The house has everything you need. But if someone is sleeping in the spare bedroom make sure to open the windows it helps alot with the breeze at night. Plus the fan in the closet you can put at the door

Everything Right

I've been visiting Hawaii for just short of 60 years. This property reminds me of the way it was when I was a kid, only better. Comfortable, clean, well maintained, low key. Growing up our family mostly had a place less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, just like here. The view over the property with the ocean and sunset beyond connects me with the place more than being right on the ocean. Also, if atmospheric conditions are right, one can see the green "flash" from the lanai. FYI, it's much longer than a flash. Additionally, this unit comes with a prime parking spot. We'll be back.

Serene Retreat in Kihei: A Perfect Family Getaway

We recently stayed at the Condo in Maui, Hawaii, from April 16 to April 20, and it was a delightful experience. The condo provided a serene escape for my family of four, with the soothing soundtrack of birdsong greeting us each morning. Our breakfasts on the patio became a cherished routine, complete with a friendly little bird we affectionately named Red. One of the highlights of our stay was the condo's ideal location. Not only did it offer a peaceful atmosphere, but it was also conveniently situated for exploring all that Maui has to offer. Whether we were venturing locally or taking scenic drives to discover new sights, the condo served as the perfect home base. Moreover, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Their attentiveness ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. We're grateful for their hospitality and for sharing their lovely condo with us. Overall, our time at the Condo in Kihei was nothing short of wonderful. From the tranquil surroundings to the warm hospitality, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay in the future.
