It's a 1 minute walk from the beach (if windows are open you can hear the waves inside). The beach is sandy (perfect for kids) with a rocky part on its north side that is great for snorkelling. Aliiresort has been extremely kind and fast with any request. There is daily cleaning service... quick change of towels and clean up of bathroom, kitchen and making the beds. We used one of the communal swimming pools - the once facing the beach.... nice and kind personnel. The gym is minuscule (10sqm?). Quite pricey once you add all the taxes and fees.... 723USD/night... but everything is pricey in Hawaii... Mattress in the main bed is very soft... and quite uncomfortable... think is time to change it. ##### Riccardo V. There is everything that one would need for cooking meals and ,additionally, really wonderful art to admire. The view from the wrap-around deck is spectacular. The view from the lanai is just breathtaking. The condo was well appointed, we had everything we needed. The location is great, short walk to beach and the shopping is close by. The grounds and the staff that work at Elua were fantastic.
