Our condo is on the 6th floor with only Penthouses above us. From our condo, you can sit on the lanai and watch whales breach during migration or watch the sun set. There’s always seems to be a steady breeze off the ocean that drifts through our unit. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants so there’s never a shortage of things to do. The roof top deck is great for meeting others, enjoying the 180-degree view of the ocean and making dinner on the communal BBQ’s.

The building itself has many desirable features. It is concrete; noise from adjacent units is inaudible unlike in wooden buildings. The neighbouring low-rise structure that separates it from the street does not obstruct the view, but it blocks road noise and provides privacy
