"Hotel check in is at 3pm. We got there from out of state at 6:30 pm. We werw told by the front desk our room wouldnt be ready for another 20 minutes. We went to eat and came back got the keys to room and tried to turn Tv on the remote wouldn't work. Called the front desk they sent a few different people with different remotes and took an hr with no resolution. Front desk person lives on bottom floor near office. The front of her room was a mess daily outside. Several people hang out nightly by the wall on the other side of the pool. Barely enough parking for the amount of rooms. Not a good area. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The property is stunning! The breakfast is light and has fresh everything!! It was delicious. I really appreciated the hypoallergenic toiletries as I am allergic to fragrances and I usually have to use my own soap. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!"
