"Breakfast was extra but worth it; staff was very attentive; shower drain was clogged at our arrival but staff took care off it within a day; hallway carpet and room fixtures looked worn and dated, but room was otherwise nice and the view of the city was great; very helpful onsite tour scheduling; odd loud clicking and scratching above our room a couple of nights, but it was thankfully brief and we never found out what it was. "The hotel is in a super convenient spot near the big shopping centre, Central Phuket. It’s also within walking distance to a spa, nail salon, laundry shop, a bunch of restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. The staff were lovely, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get the 30% birthday month discount at the hotel restaurant because I didn’t mention it when ordering. That was actually the main reason we ate there for breakfast and dinner, but oh well."
