"my room was not expectable it had major issues the first hour, four days later i found myself and my wife in the same room the hotel did very little to make us feel a little better ,our room had black mold all over our patio the mattress has totally out lived its use the make-up mirror was falling of the wall the faucet very loose and had absolutey no pressure this is a place I've stayed couple times a year over the last fifteen years when they first opened, what a disappointment ,i even talked to the manger about this morning i tried to take her to the room to show her what i was dealing with she wanted no part of that. she said she would wave the resort fee witch was pennys compared to the nine hundred dollars a night !!!! very disappointed if hotel .com can't help me get the satisfaction that we deserve i will dispute the whole charge thank you tom harmer cell 6302474496"

"When we arrived, we were not told about that there would be no running water. I had to use the bathroom and thereafter could not wash my hands. I did receive a text message later from the resort that the water was back on. The next day, we went jet skiing. Afterwards, we came back to the room and I went to take a shower. While I just put shampoo in my hair, the water pressure was reduced and thereafter turned off, again with no notice that the water would be turned off. So my husband had to go buy bottled water so that I can at least rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Although staff was friendly, there is no communication with guests. This was also our honeymoon and was a disruption. For the amount of money they charge to stay there, I would expect running water and communication when water would be turned off and on. Unfortunately, I will not stay at this resort ever again. "

"The location is great if you’re looking to bar hop in Old Town however, location is the only real positive. Everything outside of the main house is run down. The pool deck and stairs are full of uneven boards, our room had an ant infestation, crumbs/dirt/food left on the table, the sheets were dirty, the shower was full of mold, the walls were stained and smeared with mystery substances, my gosh even the blow dryer was too disgusting to use…. The property managers were easy to contact but couldn’t really do anything to make our stay better (I think all the rooms are in the same condition). There is a communal washer and dryer, ice, filtered water, plenty of towels (seemed clean) , and they provide shampoo, soap, body wash, body lotion, and conditioner. You pay for a place to sleep and I truly could not because of how disgusted I was….. 0/10 recommend…. There are MUCH better options, for the same price!"
