"Located centrally in Cairns means walking everywhere is easy. Great hot shower, reasonably comfy bed, ceiling fan to reduce humidity and air con. Television didnt work, even after technician visit. Basic breakfast but seating on balcony was great start to another day in the tropics"

"Great location, easy to walk to the Esplanade which has a lot of restaurants and bars and across from the aquarium The room we got appeared to have been recently renovated and had an outdoor seating area for us to use which was great The downside was the Internet access was very hit and miss, but that could have been due to the location of the room #201 which was far from the reception The bathroom door stuck on the floor so had to be lifted to open and close to avoid a very loud squeak Initially we were offered a ground floor room, which was level with the parking, so if you wanted to use the outdoor seating it was directly in front of parked cars, get the 2nd floor if this is an issue for you The pool looked nice, but the weather wasn't the best so we didn't use it Overall would recommend"
