"Kyle’s property is the definition of “getting away from it all!” The cottage is as inviting and comfortable as can be. There is plenty of living space both inside and out, but it retains the character of what a Maine camp should be. The knotty pine interior is comfy and cozy with all the conveniences of home. The enormous back deck overlooks the Crooked River and is perfect for morning coffee, lazy lunches and afternoon napping. My Pup loved watching the ducks paddle by and there’s plenty of room for a rousing game of fetch. I just needed a little change of scenery and this was just perfect to recharge and reset. It’s also a short 5-minute drive to a bunch of cool restaurants and things to do."

"This was our eighth time staying at Kurt’s awesome lake house. We love the how the tastefully renovated property maintains the peaceful Maine cabin feel. We enjoy having our morning coffee overlooking the lake, and using the beautiful fireplace in the evening. We also really enjoy the large soaker tub and oversized shower after a day on the slopes. The location is so convenient to skiing, restaurants, and other activities. Always so clean and well kept, and Curt is always super responsive to any questions we may have. Looking forward to our next stay there!"

"This was a beautiful spot and a clean, spacious house. We loved the outdoor patio, fire pit, dock, and kayaks. The views of the lake from the dining/living rooms and bedrooms were amazing. A perfect place for a Maine getaway with family and friends!"

"Great spot on the river. The canoe was easy to put in even though the river was super low during our stay. Fast internet, we could stream movies with no problem. The bed we stayed in was comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water. The cabin is so dark at night, you can’t see your hand in front of your own face so you will sleep like a champion! "

"This house was beautiful! We stayed with our family including two small children. The house was extremely clean and had good lighting. There was an awesome enclosed porch which was perfect for late night card games with the kids. The stairs to go up to the bedroom were safe (not steep at all)."

"The home was open and spacious, with a sunroom and a large kitchen island. Master BR has large private bathroom, with 2nd bathroom in the hall for guests. Nice amenities like washer/dryer, dishwasher, private backyard and cozy wrap-around deck. Far from beach, but very close to golf course entrance. Only negative is that the master bed is small and fairly uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great place to stay!"
