"Could not have asked for a better location close to Lake Sebago, the Causeway, and the Crooked River was right out the back door. The sand beach made launching my kayak quick and easy and my husband enjoyed fishing from the shore. The home was the prefect retreat after a day of fishing, kayaking, and exploring all Naples ME has to offer."

"I can not recommend Scott his property enough! It was the perfect stay for my husband and a few friends for a "guys weekend". The house very clean and Scott sent over so much information before hand that made the check in process/stay a breeze. My husband and his friends enjoyed the fire pit on the chilly nights and taking walks on the many beaches in the area. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the area."

"We rented the one bedroom apartment portion of this new home. It was very clean, quiet, and in a good location on Sebago Lake just south of Naples. The host did an admirable job and was available quickly when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book this listing again."

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful vacation here. House suited our needs perfectly, tastefully done and very well appointed. Fabulous views of the lake! Game room and fire pit were a bonus for our young adult children to enjoy! Host was very responsive with any questions that we had - we would love to come back again!"

"Before I address anything about our weeklong stay, I have to start with the unfortunate fact that we had 3 bat sightings in the house during the week we were there. We made the host aware. In hindsight, I suspect we should have left the house after one was first spotted flying around the hallway, but we didn't see them again until our last night there. I hope that the host has taken the expected measure to assure the house is now sealed up. If you see a bat in the house, you should leave and contact VRBO for advice.Other than that, the house was lovely. It has an old campy vibe with lots of great spaces for people to gather. We did puzzles on the screen porch, played ping pong and darts in the rec room, and spent a lot of time on the huge dock jumping into the lovely clear river. The water temperature was so much warmer than what we expected making it comfortable to swim all day.The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and lines were comfortable enough, but nothing luxurious. Since the house is right before the river lock, boats line up on the river next to the dock while they wait for the bridge and lock to open. There was a line most of the day on the weekend, but the weekdays were quieter. It didn't feel unsafe to swim since the boats were usually stationary while they waited. We really did love our time at the house. I think everyone learned a lot about bat safety from the experience."

"The house was cozy, comfortable and inviting, as well as exceptionally clean...everything we hoped for! The owners have thoughtfully labeled everything so there is no confusion as to what switch to turn on or off, or how all the amenities function. There is a great binder they have compiled that details just about anything you might have a question about! The location is great....close to restaurants, stores and many different activities to enjoy. Our only caveat is that the upstairs bedroom with the twin bed was not ideal for sleeping because of the summer heat! You will love your stay at this rental!!!"
