"We had a rough start when we arrived as the room was super small and the noise from the street loud. However, we talked to the manager and raised our dissatisfaction and that's when the magic happened. They accommodated us with a suit for the remainder of our stay and even went to surprised my girlfriend on her birthday with cake and flowers dueing the breakfast.
