"Overall, we had a great time in April and got lucky with the weather. We would gladly visit again which is rare for me! It is a large resort with very modern rooms, spacious and stylish. However, the towels and room cleaning wasn't regularly done and AC failed, as well as loud construction work behind block 4 during our time. The grounds are clean, lots of tiling and nice decor, domes, stylish lighting, props dotted around and bars in convenient places too. There are nice activities available...

"I enjoyed most of my stay except the few items listed below 1. The room was not clean on our arrival. The shower was leaking and we had to ask the staff to fix it. The cleaners did not clean to a high level, i have two young children and it was not a nice experience. The room itself seems very old and not what the pictures looked like. 2. Limited dinning options in the buffet, they had the same food everyday, the only thing i noticed that would change is the food on the terrace in the evening....

"The property is located conveniently not too far from the city center. It’s walkable distance and there’s a park nearby that keeps all the noise far away. Food is excellent and the staff super polite and professional. The only downside - if I have to find one - is that bedrooms are are faced towards the main hall and so you can hear people chatting till late if they’re noisy so can’t get to sleep prior 2-ish am. Other than that all is impeccable!"
