"Nada más llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que no tenía reserva hecha ya que no trabajan con Hotels.com Después de un largo viaje lo último que quieres oir es que no puedes alojarte pero tras una hora me dejaron entrar en la habitación diciéndome que la culpa es de la web Hotels.com (con la que no vuelvo a hacer una reserva nunca más). La habitación es un poco básica pero suficiente para pasar una noche y al día siguiente hacer un rafting por el río Tana. El rafting fue muy divertido y muy seguro...

Keep your payment references as I was asked by three seperate members of staff about payment that had been made online previously."
