"No signs to direct you at the property, it says go to reception at the house on arrival, there is no house at the location I had to find a person walking around the property ask directions to which house was ours. The only BBQ available was a community one which was dirty and covered in dirty grease , the whole area is not maintained very well with dirty benches and long grass around the buildings, the little house was up to expectations and quite nice"

Top Kennett River Hotel Reviews

Sandpiper Motel Apollo Bay

10/10 Excellent

"This was a sweet little motel! You can tell the owners care about the property. It was well maintained. The gardens were lovely. I loved seeing the lemon tree. Check in and check out was super easy. It was a very short walk to the beach, it eas super quiet! I would highly recommend."

Casa Favilla B&B

10/10 Excellent

"It is a beautiful B&B, the owners are very nice, helpful, friendly, attentive and informative. It has a beautiful garden in the back and front. It's a short walk to the shops and beach if you want to go for a bit of exercise. The kitchen is well stocked and all thought out. It's a great place to stay and Apollo Bay is a beautiful place too."

Apollo Bay Holiday Park

10/10 Excellent

"Overall, we had a good stay and the accommodation itself was very good. The property was comfortable and met our needs. However, the customer service and communication were quite poor. The instructions for collecting the keys were not clear enough, and we were genuinely worried that if we arrived after 6 pm, we might not be able to get the keys and access the property. This caused unnecessary stress, especially when travelling and arriving later in the day. Apart from the communication and check-in arrangements, everything else was good. We would just recommend improving the communication and providing clearer instructions for guests arriving after hours."

10/10 Excellent

"I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and kind, which made the experience even better. The place itself was very relaxing. I'd highly recommend it to other travellers!"
