THE SPACE: \~ KEY FEATURES \~ • Linens provided for the Kings (2), Queen (2), twin-size beds (9) & sofa bed. • Towels and beach towels are always fresh. • We have plenty of pillows to choose from. • Kitchen with all necessary meal preparation equipment and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy. • Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available. • Internet and Smart TVs are available when logging into your accounts. • Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided. • Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included. The Bedroom Details: Owner's suite: King sized bed. Upstairs: 1 King-sized bedroom, 2 Queen-sized bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with twin-sized beds; one room has 4 twins, and the second bedroom has two twins that could be pushed together to make a king. Linen is available for both options. Basement: There is additional space for people to sleep. Which includes a twin bed with a trundle (2-twins), and the couch will pull out into a queen-sized bed. If you need this space for sleeping purposes, please let our team know so we can provide linens. You must also include these additional guests in your reservation. \*\*\*\*NO PARTIES ALLOWED (You will incur a fine if this policy is broken)\*\*\*\* NO SMOKING (of any kind) again, NO PARTIES! \*Early check-in/late check-out is not available between Memorial Day and Columbus Day\* Guest access: Guests have access to the entire house. \*\*\*Other things to note:\*\*\* AC: We recently installed three ductless wall-mounted mini splits in the owner's suite, the Queen bedroom above, and in the living room. Yard maintenance (mowing, tick & mosquito spraying, etc.) may occur occasionally in the summer. They won't interrupt you, but unfortunately, we cannot give you advance notice. We are from Arizona, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Northern Maine, it’s not easy to find a spot that works for all of us. This home is close enough to Logan Airport for the travelers flying in, and just the right distance for those driving, our ideal meeting place.The house itself was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped—it had enough room for our big crew to spread out and relax, while also offering wonderful gathering spaces for meals, games, and family time. The art and decor is so inspiring! Cool artifacts from all over the world! The screened-in porch was our peaceful morning haven for coffee and conversation, a true slice of poetry in the mornings.One of the biggest highlights was the direct water access—we went kayaking and canoeing right from the backyard! The teens had a blast, and the adults were equally thrilled to explore the area from the water. We also brought our electric bikes and loved riding into town. One evening we picked up fresh lobsters and cooked a feast out on the deck, followed by s’mores by the fire pit under the stars. These are the kinds of memories we’ll cherish forever.There were so many thoughtful touches—comfortable beds, plenty of space for multiple families, and the perfect mix of privacy and togetherness. ##### Jamey H.
