This charming home sits one mile north of Kennebunk Beach, and just over a mile's stroll or bike ride from Mother's Beach (to the southeast) and Parsons Beach (to the southwest). You'll be a stone's throw from the Bridle Path, one mile north of the Webhannet Golf Club, and two miles west of plentiful art galleries, antique shops, seafood shacks, and riverfront restaurants in Dock Square in downtown Kennebunkport. Beautiful property and very clean. In a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. 5 min ride to the beach. The hot tub was a wonderful asset in winter. Suggestions to earn the 5th star: The kitchen could use improvement: in absence of a dishwasher a drying rack for dishes would be great to have. We only found 1 wine glass in the cabinets - might be good to restock to a full set of 2 :) The water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low, but in the shower it is fine. I would definitely recommend this place, and would gladly go back there for another stay. ##### Sven L. Place was clean, fully equipped, and close to everything you need! Our dog loved hitting the beach early in the morning and a beach pass was included! We stayed in for a few meals and found the kitchen very well equipped for our needs. The rooms of the home were very nice sized with 2 bedrooms. We thought that the infant crib was a really nice touch for a young family that may be traveling. The home served well as home base for us, as we took day trips to several lighthouses, rocky shores and towns of Kennebunkport and Portland. Hot tub was wonderful to return to after a long day of walking. Owner of the home was very quick to respond to the few questions that we had. We really enjoyed our stay. ##### Karen B. Home has everything you need for a comfortable beach stay, including a beach pass for the nearby beaches. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent location near beaches, shops, and restaurants. Not walkable in the summer heat, but just a very short drive. Our dog loves running on the beach in the morning and we enjoyed relaxing at the beach in the afternoons. Check in and out was very clear and easy. Would definitely stay again! ##### Maureen D.
