This property is just a few-minute drive from the famous Mother's Beach in Kennebunk. This Beach has rock formations that create tidal pools for exploring tiny sea creatures. The best fine sand for building contest-worthy sandcastles, surf to create the most fantastic boogie board experiences, and a horizon to lend the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Mother's Beach is every child's favorite because of the playground next to the Beach. Also close are Middle Beach and Gooch's Beach, as well as Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square, Kennebunkport. Our town is a quaint fisherman's village that has developed over the years into a desirable destination for visitors and summer residents. Now offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, trails to bike or walk, and the picturesque beaches that sweep our Maine coastline for miles.

The guests can access the entire space, and also has an outside deck for enjoying a glass of wine in the warm salt air after a long day at the beach.

This home is close to everything including Mother's Beach, Gooch's Beach, & Dock Square Kport, when you stay at this charming home off Sea Road w/ a fenced-in yard and deck and all the amenities of home!

Our clean and well-maintained family home is only 1.5 miles to Kennebunk Beach and 2 miles from downtown Kennebunkport! Perfectly located to spend the day at the beach and pick up lunch at Bennett's Store on your way, then head to town for dinner or cook at home and eat outside on the deck!

We offer beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for our guest use during their stay.

This vacation home will be available for a weekly, weekend, and multiple weeknight rentals only.

•Linens provided for the king, queen & twin size beds and the queen pullout couch (located in the living room).
•Towels, beach towels are always fresh.
•We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
•Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
•Washer dryer and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you.

Bikes are a great way to get around and enjoy our town!

There are public parking lots: one in the town center, behind Allison's Restaurant, and the other next to the North Street Fire Station.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
