I wouldn’t rate the hotel as 5 stars however the hotel is nice but they could improve on the food options such as more seafood and more authentic Turkish dishes especially the breakfast options. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have good entertainment. I loved that they had fridges stocked with water and drinks throughout the hotel.

+ Gerçekten 24 saat açık lobbi bar var + Deniz girişi iyi, yumuşak kum var + Oda yeterince geniş, mobilya iyi, balkon var + Masaj mükemmeldi, sırtım iyice rahatladı + Personel iyi, ben havuzdan içmek isteyen kedi için bardan normal su istedim, verdiler ve şişeden tabak yaptılar - Yemeği beğenmedim, çok fazla sirke ekliyorlar, ikl gün neredeyse hiç bir şey yiyemedim, ikinci gün güzel balık ve köfte buldum ve yedim - Bira hariç alkol çok kötü ama bira olarak gerçek Tuborg veriyorlar - Animasyon ekibinin şefi rus, 8 yıldır bu otelde çalışıyor ama hem Türkçesi hem de İngilizcesi tamamen berbat - Günde bir kaç kere elektrikler gitti, odada elekrtiksiz kaldım - Rahatsız etmeyin işareti koydum ama temizlikçiler sabah odama girdiler, uyandırdılar beni - Arabamı kapalı otoparka bırakacaklarını söylediler ama orada tadilat olduğu için dışarıda bıraktılar ve nerede bıraktıklarını unuttular, ertesi gün hep beraber 20 dk aradık - Plaj 7de kapanıyor, akşam sahilde oturamazsınız

( haslanmis sebze vs iyiydi sadece ) Oda kartlarini sürekli kapadiklari icin lobiye duzenli olarak inmek durumunda kaldik. Son gece surekli klima kapandi. Personeller genel anlamda guler yuzlu ve kibardi. Plaja girilirken de tasliklar ve kayalar var.

Her şey mükemmeldi, lakin otelden havalimanina hiç bir şekilde otel.tarafindan tahsis edilen bir ulaşim yok. Bu buyuk bir eksiklik. Resepsyon'daki personel hiç profesyonel değil. Konaklama için odedigimiz para icin "vay be 5 gun icin 20 bin lira" tarzi yorumlar hic hoş degildi. Ayrica yine resepsyon olarak guler yuz eksikti.

Из плюсов отеля толко локация .. остальное все устало очень давно .. запреты на посещение людьми из других отелей вообще выглядят анахронизмом. Въезд на паркинг открываешь самостоятельно вручную в любое время. Точно не 5 звёзд.
