"TLDR: Clean room, sheets and bathroom; comfortable bed; easy access to town and sea view. Fine wifi. Nice manager, owner not so helpful. Zero breakfast facilities, front desk rarely manned. Interior and exterior in significant disrepair, most of which would be easily fixed. Price was excellent and dogs allowed!"

"Beautiful building from the outside and it is in a prime location near the west beach. I had a double room with a sea view for my 3 day stay. The room was a nice size with 2 chairs and a table by the window. View was amazing. Unfortunately the wallpaper is coming away in places at the bottom of the wall and is painted in different shades where someone has touched up a spot in a different colour. The bed was very comfortable. The heating has a pipe that makes clanging noises every few minutes...

"One night stay for an event in town. Super friendly welcome, clean and cosy room, great value. We were on the top floor with lovely views. Our room was quite hot, even after opening a window, but this might be as the weather warmed up. Highly recommend."
