The room was super clean and very spacious and quiet. The hotel offers a good quality breakfast. The hotel offers free chilled water, fizzy and still which is delicious. However, absolutely no tea or coffee other than breakfast or afternoon meals. I simply don’t understand why there are no onsite hot beverage options. The interaction with the hotel's staff felt transactional - no smiles no warmth.Take note that extra pillow (not even 1 for a group of 4) can be provided. Staff explained that they have limited availability. This hotel leaves me feeling like they are just an accommodation not a hotel that will do anything extra to make guests more comfortable. Also note that no bedroom slipper is provided in-room too.
