"Great experience with glamping especially when we are travelling from Canada to Japan, great outdoor resort style. We loved the breakfast more than dinner. "
"amazing views from the hotel grounds! Hotel provides shuttle to and from the town, breakfast had plenty of both Japanese and American breakfast - overall great stay!"
"Careful when booking this property if you want to be local to shops and or dining. The only closest place is a Don Quijote which is walkable but other restaurants close early and may not be nearby. Trains are not accessible, only buses which are not walking distance. Hard to find taxi at night. Overall a great place if you want to disconnect in nature. Private onsen on own cabin was very nice. "
"The room is spacious and have the Mt. Fuji view. They also offer free shuttle service between the hotel and Kawaguchiko station. The driver is very nice and can communicate in English. Very good!"
"It was really nice, the room was a traditional one, and they had hotsprings both very very clean. An amazing experience. The staff also helped us book a taxi and were really nice."

"We stayed here after climbing Mt Fuji and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was nice. We were bummed out that the onsen is a public onsen and we ended up not using it because I was traveling with kids who were uncomfortable with it. Otherwise gorgeous hotel perched on a hill. "
"Stayed in western style room. The smell of smoke was very apparent and the rooms needed some updating but were adequate. The main plus was the spectator early morning and late evening clear views of mount Fuji."
