"Nous y étions en famille avec notre enfant de 6 ans pour 3 nuits lors du congé de Pâques, début avril. Nous avions un bungalow Superior, ce qui nous offrait une vue imprenable sur le volcan Arenal. Les choix de déjeuner compris avec l’héberge était très bien. Le personnel était très sympathique, accommodant et disponible pour guider sur les activités à faire dans la région. La localisation était idéale, à proximité des principales activités à faire dans la région, à moins de 10 minutes de voiture du parc national Arenal et des nombreuses sources d’eau chaude. L’accessibilité des restaurants est bien si vous avez une voiture, il y en a plusieurs dans un rayon de 5 à 10 minutes et à 15-20 minutes de La Fortuna. "

It’s conveniently located near all the major attractions, the grounds are beautiful, and while the rooms are a bit dated, they’re perfectly serviceable; as long as you’re not expecting a five-star experience. One odd drawback: there’s almost no closet space. We ended up living out of our suitcases the entire stay."

"Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hideaway Hotel. The food was exceptional, and the Mandarina restaurant truly stood out—every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The attention from the staff was outstanding, always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even more special. The spa was incredible—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. We also loved the trails near the river, which added a beautiful nature element to the stay. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding.
