The family who owns the hotel and the staff who work there are all very kind and helpful. The hotel is located on a quiet street just a short stroll from Thamel but far enough away that it feels like a neighborhood rather than a tourist trap. We loved the room 303 we stayed. The water in the shower is very hot and there is an air conditioner if you need it.
