I asked if they can cancel the transaction or void the transaction but they said they couldn’t. This is not good because it limit my spending and affects other bank transaction. They decided to give me cash in which I really didn’t want. I don’t want carrying cash on the the streets. The staff ate friendly and eager to make sure your stay is nothing less than the best. A few of the carpets needed to be cleaned however other than that, the room was very well maintained.
