Our stay at the residence was fantastic. Daniele and Paola were always helpful and available to arrange everything we needed. The internet connection to work was PERFECT! The location is very good, only few minutes away from the beach. I would definitely recommend to stay there.

The rooms and the grounds are sooo nice and well maintained and cutie. As far as nungwi goes you can get slightly better locations. The food at the restaurant there is SO overpriced for how basic it is. They should change their menu/prices, multiple other guests had that complaint as well. The prices the owner has for excursions are super overpriced so ask anybody else when you’re there for a better deal to do things. The WiFi goes out a lot on the north side of the island and often times when I would get back to the hotel there would be no WiFi or electricity or water. There was no hot water here twice. I woke up one morning with no charge on my phone cause no electricity throughout the night.

The property is amazing. The restaurant needs improvement in terms of variety and quality of pastries, especially. Breakfast was just fine. Extra services are in my opinion, over priced.
