"The breakfast was great, and coffee, tea and some other drinks were available in the lobby all day long. The window was a smoked glass, couldn’t see the view outside."

We took a gamble staying here with it being a new hotel and there being no reviews but it absolutely paid off!! We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are really spacious!! The photos of the hotel dont do it justice. Its also spotlessly clean and they provide you with absolutely everything; face masks on arrival, perfect self pamper following a day of exploring! They also provide you with creams, all the toiletries you need, hair bobbles, ear plugs,...

Just a couple of minutes from the Station and town generally this was a well located hotel with very good facilities at a great price. The room was compact but not the smallest we stayed in. Comfortable for 2 plus luggage. We only stayed 1 night but were very happy with the hotel.
We even had breakfast included (the only time in Japan) which was a good buffet selection of western and Japanese food to suit all palates. Helpful staff on the front desk too.

Property is pretty new and is a peaceful location,
Only 10 min walk from busy areas and 5 min from Sanjo station.
Rooms are pretty small but clean and in good condition.
Common areas are well maintained
Staff are very polite, many of which are not Japanese. Everyone is eager to please.
Many many Manga Books available to borrow!

An ideal location to get around with some nice coffee / cafes around for breakfast.
Rooms were basic but clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Lovely clean quiet gem of a place. Very intimate away of the crowds. Room and bathroom well designed to maximise the space. So glad we chose to stay. Staff were wonderful too.
