"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it works for me very well with regards to logistics and its strategic location. It’s easy to reach by tube from the city cat from the airport.You can also be in the city centre within tens minutes by tube and there’s also a great tram network on the doorstep helping exploring easy. The only downside I’ve noticed is sound proofing from the corridor , especially the tiled floor in the superior room block , making it echo and noisy when you’re trying to sleep. I’ve stayed in rooms where there is carpet corridors and that seems to be better , also had rooms with inner doors which helped. Saying that , love the hotel and location and will be back later in the year."

"I highly recommend Oliver. The property is very modern and clean. The kitchen is well fitted for making breakfast and cooking simple dishes. You have all the shops you may need (bakery, grocery, supermarket, self-care and cosmetics, kids and adults clothes etc) all within 5 minutes walk. Hutolderfer strase station (U3) is also 3-5 mins walk and you can be 8n city centre in 15 minutes. Staff were helpful but require to improve communication skills in English. Overall 9/10 because the lift was off for the first two days of my stay !"

"It’s one of the BEST hotel I have ever lived in Austria! The staff is so kind and friendly, they have been super helpful since my day 1 until last day (cannot remember the lady’s name). Even the housekeeping team is friendly! The building is very pretty (including furniture) and modern with most of the functions you need, it’s really like a mini hotel apartment. The room is very spacious as well as the mini kitchen, everything is very prepared (hob, pots, cutlery, microwave, kitchenware etc). The balcony is sooo great, same with the bathroom (very spacious and so clean)! I love the closet and drawers in the room! There are lots of useful stores eg dm, apotheke, billa, spar so you can either decide to cook by yourself or just go downstairs to have food. I’m planning to come back to Vienna for another trip next year and this will be the only place I wanna live again!"

"Great location, away from the busy tourist areas but there’s a 43 tram takes you directly to the heart of downtown. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and spacious. Power /manager is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended. "
