Loved the Pool and daily activities. Has a resort feel to it. The breakfast buffet is 2nd to none! Only issue is the response times from the front desk. This way be a high season problem however, seeing how we traveled in early Aug.

A great hotel for a driver :)

Very nice hotel, breakfast has plenty of choices and offers something for everyone. The room are nice and the bed comfortable. I had only 2 issues, the aircon did not work in our room, luckily was not hot, and the check-in stops at 10:30. I was coming from a long drive and I was stunned by it. Got lucky the guy at the desk was running late and helped me out but the entrance barrier did not open and you kinda stuck on the outside car park if you cannot go across the grass with the car. Overall a good stay and i will stop again.

No microwave in the room, the staff does not provide when asked for one. Neither could the staff provide it at the lobby for warming up the food. There is hardly any space in the refrigerator which looks like a toy - Not cooling. I had to throw out the food as it did not cool and got spoilt. Bathroom shower is another mess. The shower water keeps switching automically from cold water to extreme hot and burns the skin every time it does that funny automatic cold-hot water swing. This problem exists in almost every room, as my colleagues also complained about the same. Overall, I will not think of staying in this hotel and would not recommend to anybody to stay in this terrible hotel. Only thing I can compromise is with the breakfast which is good. All other terrible for the price of the room.
