Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The team here is amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always available whenever you need something. The room size was perfect, giving plenty of space to relax. The beach is beautiful and very clean, and the hotel itself is kept in excellent condition. There’s a nice variety of food, though the flavor could be better with some improvement in the kitchen-better chefs. Still, a lovely stay overall.

Lovely hotel but not as good as I expected. Great breakfast. Shuttles to the ‘beach’ but it’s actually far away and there’s no stand,instead a little jetty. The room was spacious and clean. I love the cats/kittens around. I questioned the staff about food/water bowels as I saw 2 cats drinking from the pool (not good), they advised have have food stations out of site and a animal first aid kit which made me very happy. It would be amazing if hotels starting neutering the cats at their hotels to help with the numbers. And set up a box in the hotel for donations to help with neutering a Liam’s in their area. I would have definitely donated. We were in a hurry to checkout to get a flight & lady at reception made me wait to check the mini bar then tried to charge me for things we hadn’t touched. Over all a lovely stay but I think a little overpriced

Great experience, albeit at a high price point. Location/view are outstanding. Right on the hilltop with breathtaking view, and walkable at least to go down into town (or a short Uber ride). Great breakfasts, nice rooftop bar and the pool area is fantastic. Very helpful staff. Nice option for both relaxing and as a base for exploring. Room decor is maybe a bit dated, but that's a small quibble.

Hotel was ok and fine if you want to just stay there. If you want to get out and about, there's a big steep hill to walk up, or alternatively use boat taxis. We didn't actually eat there at all so can't comment on the food.

We had a really good week at the Plaza Bodrum. The villa was excellent, spacious, clean and very well kept, and the sea was beautiful. Waking up to that view every morning made the trip. The best thing about this hotel is that you get your own dedicated person assigned to you. Ours was Dilara, and she was perfect. She sorted our transport, answered every question and handled anything we needed straight away. Whatever came up, it was resolved quickly because of her. If you stay here, that personal service is genuinely what sets the place apart, and Dilara deserves real credit for it. Two things I would flag. The Italian restaurant was a disaster. It is supposed to be the premium option for special guests, but they could not cook an egg properly even after five attempts. For a restaurant positioned that way, it was well below the standard of everything else on site. There were also far too many bees around the outdoor dining area, and you simply cannot finish a meal in peace. One last note for anyone planning a trip: Bodrum was noticeably colder than other places we have been at this time of year, so pack accordingly. Would still recommend the hotel, mainly for the villas, the setting and the personal host service. Just eat elsewhere.
