House "Georg". In the district of Platti 2 km from the centre of Kappl, on a slope. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) at 50 m. Grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Abzw Platti" 60 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 21.1 km. Ski lift 2 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 250 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Use of the in-house sauna is free of charge twice a week for weekly guests and once a week for guests staying for a short period (less than 7 nights).  
"Georg", 6-room apartment 130 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC.
