"Split our confirmed 8-day stay into 2 4-day stays with no warning. First half of the stay was awesome; second half not so much (including switching rooms). The split also excluded us from complementary room service. If I could give 2.5 stars for the halfway job I would. Experience was wonderful otherwise."

"The moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aulani app was useful for events at the resort, such as times to see characters-Stitch, Moana, etc. It was easy purchasing items with the room key card. The food at the resort is expensive. Luckily across the street (6 minutes walking distance) there’s a store behind the Starbucks that sell cheaper meals, snacks, etc."

"This is the 3rd time we've stayed at these beach villas, but the first time in this particular unit. It was clean and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided. We did most of our cooking every night in the unit, and would have liked a strainer for rice (we bought one and left it there for future visitors), a few more Tupperware containers (only one large and two small that had lids), as well as some dish towels (one of the dishwashers was broken, which we didn't mind, so we wound up just hand washing the dishes every night, but there were no dish towels to dry them). Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again! Mahalo"

"The Beach Villas at Ko Olina offer a boutique experience of the larger resorts that flank it. Immaculately maintained grounds, friendly staff and easy access to a much less crowded lagoon. The Marriott is beautiful, as is the Four Seasons (Disney is there too, but it doesn’t count - it’s where parents mortgage their own childhood wishes) - the Beach Villas sits in the middle of it all. A quiet island gem"
