The bathroom was very dated and there not as clean as it should be. The room had slippers provided, but they were reusable ones (yuck - imagine sharing with other guests). The couch was stained as well. Staff did not speak English (not a biggy because they were super nice). Wifi didn't work. Overall, it wasn't unpleasant stay, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. Definitely not 3 star. The hotel difficult to find. No signage or anything. Just a small door with number. I missed the 'no elevator' portion due to carelessness but this should be put up front not at 'small print' on the back. We were given 5th flr 4-person room even though the 3rd flr was empty. Have to pay 200NT to moved down due to mother in law inability to walk stairs that high. Should not been any charge at all. Originally ask for 300NT. They did not change bedsheets for the 3 nights we were there, which is quite annoying.
