Staff couldn’t find my reservation with my hotel.com number. And won’t check for me. Then ask myself to call and check with hotel.com. While I was trying to contact hotel.com, luckily another staff came and checked for me, and found my reservation in like 3 seconds. Pretty obvious the first staff didn’t even check for me.
