This was a problem for me because the LINE app did not work on my phone (from Finland). Also the phone number did not work for some reason on my phone, but luckily it worked on my wife's phone. Later I discovered that Whatsapp would have been an option but it did not read anywhere. But once we got them on the line with my wife's phone they were very helpful. However if I had been alone and with my phone, it would have been very difficult to reach them. The hotel itself was good and everything worked in the end and the location was good but make sure the LINE app works on your phone before booking this.
