Very clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a variety of choices. I was lucky to get a free upgrade to a family room on the first night. Some nitpicking—on lower floors the noises of the cars could sometimes be obvious. Free ice cream was a nice touch. Breakfast was just ok for the western palet. Toast and salad was ok. They could use some peanut butter and some fruit. They also had toaster ovens to toast the bread when maybe a toaster would be helpful. The hotel had a free "coin-laundry" service which meant that we could to a lot of laundry in the evenings. The hotel also had a lot of other beneficial stuff like a 24/7 free ice cream bar and a basic but nice breakfast. It is also quite close to the train station and other public transport. The room was very nice and spacious. Good planning on their part!
