However, if I had to pick one area for improvement, it would have to be staffing, which was basically nonexistent. They don’t do checkin until 4:00 pm, which I was fine with, but there is no one on the property until that time. I arrived about five hours before that time, and it very difficult to get someone in so that I could at least store my bag until checkin.
