Warming welcome upon arriving, professional check-in experience, and the front desk team were helpful. As a Member of IHG, choices of drinks were provided, and luckly, we were upgraded to the highest floor this time. The room 1607 has limited view of the Love River, room size is not large, but comfortable. Pillows and great, although the queen sized bed may fell tiny.( in the other hand, it must be good for couples...) Breakfast are above the average, the staff there were also kind and wonderful. Everything in the hotel were amazing and good for value.
