Traveled with my two kids, clean and modern hotel with washer and dryer. Beautiful river view. There is a kids indoor play floor with kid size cars and toys. Amazing for its value. Might have to taxi or take buses to get around. Friendly and helpful staff.

A nice hotel by the love river!

We have a river view room. The location is convenient with light railway across the river and few restaurants nearby. We had a nice stay.

Bad sewer smell in the surrounding areas, and the lobby of the hotel, it's ok if you can get use to it. Small cockroaches (dead or alive) can be seen everywhere during our breakfast everyday for 4 days. Other than those negative things, room is big and spacious, public transit is relatively close and 7-11 is right beside the hotel. We loved the shower head!

地點就在愛河畔, 距離光榮碼頭真愛碼頭都非常近, 離貢多拉愛之船碼頭也很近, 整體來說地點100分! 飯店樓下有7-11,往前走還有餐廳十分便利! 本次帶小孩入住, 還提供使用兒童遊戲空間! 隔音問題只有旁邊對門開關門會聽到聲音,並無其他噪音,整體來說很推薦,下次還會選擇入住!

There's a convenience here to go anywhere. Especially go to the Love river. The condition of the room has always been good, and it's clean every day even though we made a little mess.

Walkable to the nearest metro. Room was ok, there was a bad smell at reception area I think to do with drainage. It’s a common issue throughout the city, but it’s off putting when in the hotel. Couldn’t smell in the room on the 14th floor.

A Professional Hotel

A very cozy hotel. Good location. The manager in was very helpful and squeezed to allocate a parking slot for me. Although an unexpected incident had happened, the hotel handled it professionally. Highly appreciated.

Enjoy easy holiday vacation in this hotel

The hotel is pretty clean and quite, I especially like my room has both the bath tub and shower seperately. I can take a shower then have good hot tub soaking time. I didn't book an river view room but I got very good price for my reserevation. Anyway walking to the Love river or pier sightscene from the hotel is only 5 min! The breakfast also provide variety of food choice. so I will give it a 4 star for this hotel!

Not very sound proof. Happened to have students on field trip during the stay and they were very rowdy. We asked to check in early since we arrived 10am instead of 3pm. Staff were nice and rush to clean up room. Early check in hourly rate of 600NTW.

Great location next to love River and Love River. The price is affordable. Staff was helpful and moderately welcoming. I typically don’t write reviews, but if you are expecting a 4 star hotel this is not, 3.5 stars at best. The hotel room floors have a musty wet smell—like things got wet and were not properly dried. This combined with the visible wear and tear of the facilities gives it a worn out feeling. Also the hotel is very dark, I would prefer “brighter rooms”.
