The location is excellent. Short walk to MRT station and surrounded by restaurants and street foods. During my 4 days of stay I enjoyed a wide variety of delicacies, and since my room has a living room area it was nice to bring food back to enjoy it. The room is very spacious and has plenty of furniture, and the bathroom is very spacious too. The only complaint I have is the raised step in various area in the room, both myself and visiting guests have tripped over them several times.
