They were all helpful and super polite! The location is great for transportations, shoppings, and a lot of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated. The bathroom faucets all have signs of wear and tear, and the carpet is clearly worn. Should be an easy fix when they re-decorate. Also the balconies should be improved so they can be useable in good weather. Currently they are simply locked which is a waste. The swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, so they should build an indoor pool instead. Cleanliness is not good, dust everywhere. Outdated room and lack of maintenance everywhere. Laundry facility is besides gym, the dryer needed to be clean - do I did it! Wardrobe doors falling and noise. Toilet: door noisy, wc very loud, smells like dampness, ventilation is bad. Towel in bad condition. Won’t be coming again.
