From checking in to check out time, all the staff were incredible. Extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was super clean and spacious. The outlet is just across the street and you can shop till you drop! After shopping we decided to try the buffet restaurant for dinner. So many Options including king crab legs! All the seafood was fresh and there were options for every preference. The restaurant was super full at breakfast time but they had planned ahead and prepared the banquet hall as a makeshift buffet with all the same breakfast options to avoid long queues and people being hungry. Just impeccable service. Property is mostly well maintained with some obvious repairs needed but not addressed. I stayed in the race car theme room which was a great size and well stocked. I really enjoyed the toiletries. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready early. Outdoor swimming pool was pleasant until it started storming. Water slide is unremarkable and can be skipped. Indoor water area is nice with a lot of spa options. Dinner buffet was average but worth the price. Our room came with breakfast which was just mediocre. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.
