The entire building looked like it was abandoned. There was what looked like semen stains everywhere. The air con did not work, after 1 hour the temperature was still 31℃. I took photos as evidence to dispute the charge with my credit card company as this is obviously fraud. I checked out after 1 hour and went to book another hotel at the opposite familymart which had working air-conditioning. When i told the manager that the room was absolutely disgusting and will be checking out, he didn't seem surprised at all.
