"The AC has only 3 settings and it was so hot even with the coolest setting. The tub is so high it’s difficult to get into. The rooms are so small we could not open our luggage. They also do not clean rooms or change sheets unless you stay over 3 days. The walls are very thin and you can hear what’s going on in other rooms and outside. "

"Great hotel with very attentive staff. Housekeeping is very reliable and does a good job of keeping the room clean. You can walk to three metro stations from the hotel, thus giving you easy access to the city. The area around the hotel has many restaurants within walking distance."

"There is non stop shuttle service to airport and trains. Really good breakfast there specially coffee my favorite. Reception check in check out by kiosk but if you have some questions better knows Japanese. Tuvalet is really small not comfortable. There is convenience store open late time really useful, maybe 24 Im not sure. But close to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple spouse to see."
