"Decent location close to shinjuku station. Clean rooms. Beds are a bit firm. No fans in the bathroom for some reason. The room was also too warm and the AC didn't seem to help much. It was ok for the price."

We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous at night. The staff was great and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the paid breakfast on-site. "
