"Incredible hotel, we paid for a room with VIP club access, from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty, with complimentary champagne and stunning views on the 33rd floor overlooking the city at night. The rooms were big and very modern. Breakfast was great with lots of options (both western and Japanese breakfast items). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would definitely come stay here again!"

"Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and only negative I would have to say is the fact that I couldn't get a non-smoking room and the gentleman at the front desk told me even though it is a smoking room there isn't a bad smell. Well, he was wrong. But thankfully during my stay the temp outside was nice and cool so having the door open at night got that smell out but couldn't get the A/C to work but I guess that really didn't matter. Also, some variety for breakfast changes would have also been nice....

"We have a short but lovely stay at this property that exceeded our expectations given the average hotel in Japan can be so small. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station and was only about 30 minutes by taxi from the Haneda airport. We had a 4 BR room that was convenient and the kids enjoyed the quality of the shower and amenities. "The location of the hotel is a 10 min walk from a major train station which was super convenient. The hotel is relatively bigger compared to other hotels we've stayed at but not much. We loved the fact that there is a convenient store right down stairs. The hotel staff service was moderate nothing out the ordinary. Check in and check out was simple. The state of the rooms need some updating for sure. Slightly dusty but not much. "

"Express Dormy Inn has friendly and helpful staff. They've got everything you need, including the best feature (in my opinion) the foot bath at level 10. We get to relax and recover our overly exhausted feet from all the walking around in Tokyo. The location is good enough, walkable to many different metro operators. The only thing I don't like is the facility/building itself is quite outdated. Clean and tidy, but outdated. Which I know it could be a deal breaker for some. And the outdatedness is...
