This spacious retreat is perfect for family fun or group getaways. With 7 cozy beds, 2.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining for 8, there's room for everyone. Relax in the comfy living room and create lasting memories together. Whether you're a large group or a small gathering, this place has everything you need for an unforgettable stay! Property managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management. The 1st floor has the dining room, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and half bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath Bedroom 1 - King. Bedroom 2 - Full. Bedroom 3 - 2 twins. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom is split into 2 rooms but you must walk through one to get to the other. The first room has a queen and the second room has a king. The third floor has one king bed, a full bath, and a hang-out area. The backyard is private but not fully fenced in. You'll be renting the home to yourselves The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores, restaurants and local attractions that you can think of. We felt was had enough space and were very comfortable. Lance was super helpful and checked in via message from time-to-time. It is an older house so a little noisy but there are earplugs provided and we also noticed some rooms had a white noise machine. The design style was super cute and charming. Plenty of seating throughout the house. Great location- less than 10 min drive to the power and light district. The only thing that wasn’t great was we could not use the outdoor seating in the backyard as there were lots of oak mites present. There were five adults staying in the house and it perfect for us! There were plenty of bedrooms, plenty of space to have great conversation and enjoy the house. The kitchen we well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of towels and shower supplies. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was okay. Very spacious and I love that it had a security system. But we all kept finding bugs in our rooms; firebrats, lots of ants and we also found a couple cockroaches. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for this group! We enjoyed the front porch and private backyard as much as the first floor living area. Lance did a great job of communicating to us! Had to call electrical company upon arrival due to gas leak. Couldn’t immediately reach the owner. Hot water heater had a leak so had to continuously turn hot water off and on as it was needed.
